Mark Burke
Mark, co-owner of Forma Personal Training, graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Exercise Science. Since starting the business in the early 1990s, he has trained beginners, Stanley Cup champions, CEOs, and people with double hip replacements.
Mark practices what he preaches. With his second-degree black belt, he’s won First Place in Taekwondo and Karate tournaments and championships in roller hockey.
One of Mark’s specialties is Heart Rate Training: the key to an effective, safe workout and the best way to burn fat, build muscle, and gain endurance.
Mark also uses his martial arts training and sports background to keep clients balanced, strong, and flexible!
Karen Love
Karen, who has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years, is co-owner of Forma Personal Training. She is a nationally certified personal trainer through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) and a certified Specialist in Performance Nutrition.
Her competition background includes First Place in the 2003 OCB Masters Figure Competition and Third Place in the Open Figure class. She has served as a Figure and Bodybuilding judge for drug-free competitions Organization of Competitive Bodybuilding), the OCB.
Karen specializes in body fat reduction, nutritional counseling, and post-pregnancy to menopausal weight loss for total body transformation.
Ed Seymour
Ed is a graphic design graduate from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh who ate poorly, rarely exercised, and finished his degree with unwanted extra pounds during his years in school. (Sound familiar to anyone?) That’s when he got serious about his health and wellness. Ed can definitely relate to people who want to finally get in shape!
He has been an ACE–certified personal trainer since 2006 for a wide variety of clients: one-on-one or in small groups, in homes and gyms in the Pittsburgh area. He brings a challenging and fun training style to Forma.
Rileigh is a former Level 10 gymnast and collegiate dancer who brings a deep understanding of movement and athletic performance to her practice. A proud graduate of Syracuse University, she is also an NSCA-Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
With a strong background in competitive athletics and rehabilitation, Rileigh specializes in sport-specific training, post-operative recovery, weight imbalances, neuromuscular disorders, bilateral deficits, and pain management. Her approach is rooted in science, tailored to each individual, and focused on empowering clients to move better, feel stronger, and perform at their best.
