Trainers at Forma

Mark Burke
Mark has been a personal trainer in the Sewickley area since the early 1990's after graduation from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Exercise Science. He believes in the benefits of exercise, diet and health because it is the way he lives. His hobbies include adventure racing, mountain biking, roller hockey, golf and being outside with his 12 year old daughter, Alex, and his 6 year old son, Owen. He insists on eating "clean" which includes lean meats, veggies, fruits and whole grains. His clients know he is not just giving them guidelines from a textbook diet regimen, but from his daily life experience. He would like to stress that fitness is for everyone who has the motivation to keep going, it is not just for the young, athletes, or injury rehabilitation. Mark teaches his clients to set realistic goals and to work hard away from Forma on the diet and healthy lifestyle issues: sleep, stress and all the important cardiovascular fitness. He has one firm goal, to help his clients believe that drive is necessary to get exercise results. Babe Ruth said, "Every strike brings me closer to the next home run." You too can excel and achieve tasks and get results you never thought possible at Forma, with Mark as the coach.

Vince Imbrogno
Vince actually started training at Forma with Mark Burke when he realized the toll that the corporate lifestyle was taking on his body. Long days behind a desk and evenings spent with clients at dinners or sporting events complete with giant size nachos and beer were beginning to make him feel heavy and unhealthy. He decided to make some serious lifestyle changes. He gained strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance with Mark at Forma as well as some small diet and lifestyle changes, he was pleased to not only feel great, but see the results of his efforts. He was so impressed with the improvement in his own fitness level and quality of life that he decided he would like to help others to improve their health and achieve the results they desired. He completed his ACE training and obtained certification in 2007 and now enjoys sharing with his clients how fitness training improved his life and will improve anyone's quality of life.
